Our experienced sommelier will accompany you through your Eatrenalin experience with eight courses, serving you top-class wines to go with it. An exquisite experience for all wine connoisseurs.

In addition, you will receive the following VIP service:

The Sommelier Dinner takes over two hours. All details are perfectly aligned. Lean back in your floating chair and experience a perfectly orchestrated arrangement, made of visual, acoustic, olfactory, gustatory and haptic elements. Our tip: In order to get attuned in the lounge and ending the evening in the bar, you might want to plan around three hours for your Eatrenalin visit.

Cuvée Rosé was created in 1968 from the boldness and unique savoir faire of Laurent Perrier. The aim was perfection at each stage of its making. Cuvée Rosé is among the few rosé champagnes which are maturing with mash fermentation.

Elegant colour that naturally fades from a beautiful, soft raspberry red to salmon-tinted nuances. A clear bouquet of extraordinary freshness and a palette of red fruits: raspberry, currant, strawberry, black cherry.
Pure and tart base, while at the same time round and supple. The fruity taste dominates on the palate, like a basket of freshly picked red berries.

The fruity flavours of green apple, white peach and passion fruit stand out, overlaid with aromatic notes of elderflower, green tea and mint.

The fruity aroma already perceived on the nose is confirmed on the palate, accompanied by a delicate acidity. The distinctive organoleptic profile is the result of a combination of freshness and minerality, enhanced by a very long aftertaste.

After maturing in French oak, the Milmanda Chardonnay presents itself as a top wine, powerful with juicy flavours of peach, apple, hazelnut, a hint of coconut and a delicate texture.

In the glass, the Ungeheuer Riesling has a bright, intense straw yellow colour. The bouquet is already powerful and intense, immediately revealing the mineral richness with notes of moist slate and a subtle hint of phenol, accompanied by notes of mint and pistachio shell.

Similar to the nose, the palate reveals an impressive minerality with nuances of grated clay and primary rock, while the reduced fruit is reminiscent of white vineyard peach and mirabelle plum. The acidity is lively and develops a taut tension that lasts until the finish.

A Beerenauslese as unique as its terroir. The Käfersberger Andreasberg vineyard with its soil is ideally suited for the cultivation of unique Gewürztraminer. 48 years of ageing have given this wine elegance and complexity, with powerful aromas of honey, ripe prunes and a slightly smoky character. An absolutely unique experience for all those who love something special.
