The Champagne Dinner is an over two-hour, multi-sensory staging through different worlds, where all details are perfectly coordinated to send your senses on a unique journey. Plan around 3 hours for your visit, with an introduction in the lounge and a conclusion in the bar.

The Champagne Dinner takes over two hours. All details are perfectly aligned. Lean back in your floating chair and experience a perfectly orchestrated arrangement, made of visual, acoustic, olfactory, gustatory and haptic elements. Our tip: In order to get attuned in the lounge and ending the evening in the bar, you might want to plan around three hours for your Eatrenalin visit.
Please note: Our exquisite Champagne Dinner requires a minimum of 12 guests. If this is not reached, we will inform you in advance about further procedures and possibilities.

From 26. September, the Eatrenalin menu is gradually changing so that you can enjoy a completely new menu from 10. October. In the meantime, different courses from the previous and the new menu await you!

Champagne Laurent-Perrier, Champagne par excellence
The exclusive champagnes for the Eatrenalin Champagne Dinner have been selected in cooperation with Michel Fauconnet, the legendary winemaker of Laurent-Perrier. This selection of cuvées represents the high quality of the privately-run house and the diversity, freshness, finesse and elegance from Laurent-Perrier. The selection of the different cuvées has been carefully paired with the menu.

This cuvée can only be prepared with the purest grape must. 'La Cuvée' is a fine, fresh champagne that matures for a long time in the cellars. The high Chardonnay content is the basis of Laurent-Perrier's style and personality. Purity, freshness and elegance are the characteristics of this wine. It is the perfect introduction to the Eatrenalin Champagne Dinner.
Grape varieties: More than 50% Chardonnay, 30-35% Pinot Noir, 10-15% Meunier + 15-30% reserve wines to ensure regularity of style.
Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature*
Laurent-Perrier
Laurent-Perrier has always selected Chardonnay as the dominant grape variety in all its Cuvées and has been a pioneer in the Brut Nature category with its Ultra Brut since 1981.
For this pure Cahrdonay champagne, Laurent-Perrier completely relinquishes dosage. It convinces with its white colour with a fine, long-lasting perlage. Mineral aromas with notes of citrus fruits. After a lively approach, the wine develops a well-balanced presence on the palate. Fresh with strong citrus aromas in the finale.

Millésime Brut

This cuvée of the year 2012 is characterised by a white-golden colour with very fine and long-lasting perlage. Distinctly floral and of great complexity, notes of citrus fruits and white peach on the nose.
Alexandra Rosé

As a producer of a non-vintage rosé champagne, Laurent-Perrier felt obliged to also offer a Grande Cuvée Rosé Millésimé.
Delicate, pale salmon pink. Constant and very fine perlage. The complex bouquet initially presents aromas of wild strawberries and redcurrant jam, which gradually transform into aromas of candied citrus. This elegant and delicate wine has a marked mineralic quality. The soft and dry texture leads to a lingering finish of red fruit aromas. Produced with mash.

Cuvée Rosé

Cuvée Rosé was created in 1968 from the boldness and unique savoir‑faire of Laurent‑Perrier. The aim was perfection at each stage of its making. Cuvée Rosé is among the few rosé champagnes which are maturing with mash fermentation.
Elegant colour that naturally fades from a beautiful, soft raspberry red to salmon-tinted nuances. A clear bouquet of extraordinary freshness and a palette of red fruits: raspberry, currant, strawberry, black cherry.
Pure and tart base, while at the same time round and supple. The fruity taste dominates on the palate, like a basket of freshly picked red berries.

Harmony Demi-Sec
Laurent-Perrier
The intense and rich bouquet presents notes of almond and hazelnut. After a few years of ageing, full-bodied aromas of honey and pine resin unfold.
