The Eatrenalin Exclusive Dinner takes over two hours. All details are perfectly aligned. Lean back in your floating chair and experience a perfectly orchestrated arrangement, made of visual, acoustic, olfactory, gustatory and haptic elements. Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé

Cuvée Rosé was created in 1968 from the boldness and unique savoir‑faire of Laurent‑Perrier. The aim was perfection at each stage of its making.

Its consistency, quality, aromas of fresh red fruits, pronounced intensity and freshness make it a highly regarded and recognised wine.

Ocean

Saint Aubin «En Vesveau» Grand vin de Bourgogne 

The wines from Saint-Aubin are still a real insider tip for Burgundy fans. Located in the south of the Côte de Beaune, in a side valley between Puligny and Chassagne, the appellation's vineyards are in close proximity to the legendary Montrachet. The calcareous, white clay soil is ideal for Chardonnay, the slopes are partly steep and, with their south and south-east exposure, perfectly oriented towards the sun.

The dense planting in the vineyards of the Domaine du Château Philippe Le Hardi, with 9,000 vines per hectare, ensures low yields and great aromatic density, subtly enhanced by ageing in oak barrels (only 15% new barrels). The result is a Burgundy rich in finesse with white fruit, a full-bodied melt and delicate acidity.

Premium Sake Toko Pure Rice 

Sake Toko Pure Rice is a traditional, versatile junmai sake with a mild, balanced flavour profile characterised by umami (savoury), rice sweetness and light fruity notes. It is an all-rounder that pairs well with many dishes, both chilled and warm.

Universe

Paso Roble Cabernet Sauvignon Francis Coppola 

The Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 from Delicato Family Wines delights with an enticing combination of blue and black berry aromas and subtle spice notes. This full-bodied wine impresses with its velvety texture and develops additional complexity through ageing in bourbon casks.

This characterful creation embodies the expressiveness of Californian wines and captures the fruitiness and depth of the region.

Incarnation

Zeltinger Himmelreich Riesling Auslese

Perfect ripeness, yet incredibly delicate and fresh on the nose. Very elegant on the palate, with almost tropical fruit aromas, great finesse and mineral tension. Long-lasting slate minerality on the finish with an exciting interplay of sweetness and acidity.

Vineyard
This classic vineyard in the centre of the Middle Moselle, with a south-southwest-west orientation, has weathered, deep slate soil interspersed with gravel and other sedimentary rocks. The wines are elegant and juicy, with yellow fruit, slightly spicy aromas and a fine acidity.

Vinification
The grapes were strictly hand-picked at the end of October. 100% healthy grapes were gently crushed and macerated briefly on the aroma- and mineral-rich grape skins. The must was then fermented slowly and coolly, allowing the wine's multifaceted, fruity aroma to develop fully. Gentle ageing in stainless steel tanks with long storage on the fine lees followed fermentation.

Geiger Cuvée No. 29

Cuvée No. 29 from Jörg Geiger is an alcohol-free, sparkling fruit PriSecco (carbonated fruit juice) made from pear, apple and rosehip, combining a delicate rose and apple aroma with notes of ripe apricot, peach, honey and exotic fruits (mango, papaya). The taste is mature, rich and complex with a delicate rose aroma and refreshing acidity.

Ocean

LÚVO Green tea x hop blossom

The basis of this Green Label composition is pure Black Forest spring water, in which high-quality Japanese Sencha green tea is cold macerated. This particularly gentle process preserves the freshness, depth and green tea aromas in their entirety.

We then refine it with selected orchard fruit juices, herbs, spices and dried fruits. Hop blossom rounds off the profile with a malty depth and an invigorating, delicately tart bitter note – clear, complex and uncompromisingly dry.
After careful clarification and maturation, the composition is finely carbonated – for a lively, non-alcoholic Secco full of character and freshness.

Umami

Paradies-Prickler Apple-Quince

The apple-quince variety is refreshing and delightfully fruity. This unjustly forgotten fruit takes centre stage here, lending our Paradies-Prickler a slightly tart, lemony note and a golden yellow colour. The typical aroma of quince leaves you wanting more and is complemented by the use of mild, fully ripe apples from old varieties grown in our orchards.

Universe

Cuvée Rouge | Dornfelder – Regent

Strictly speaking, this blend of Dornfelder and Regent grapes is something of a masterpiece by Andreas Diehl. He has been working with alcohol-free wines for years. During this time, he has learned numerous methods for removing alcohol from wine. However, the experimental winemaker then had a change of perspective, deciding that the focus should be on creating an alcohol-free drink with the character of wine.

Incarnation

Paradies-Prickler Apple-Rose Blossom

A blend of late-ripening apple varieties, such as Winterprinzenapfel and Ontario, from our unsprayed orchards forms the basis for our Paradies-Prickler Apple Rose Blossom. Together with various scented and wild roses, which have been planted in our meadows as hedges and boundaries, an intense taste experience unfolds. Sweet and gentle with a delicate rose fragrance.
